Adrian Design has created several successful websites in different countries. Whether a large or small website and want, no matter where you live to use our services.
The design process is as follows:
During the first meeting, we exchange information. We answer your questions, and try to find out what kind of website you wish to have. This discussion usually takes place at your location or via an e-mail.
If you wish to continue further with us, we directly start gathering some existing content of the website like text, already published flyers, photos, original logo file, catalogue or similar materials, if they are exist. If there is no any materials possible, we need to work together and build necessary text. You know your business better than anyone else or you know what to publish on your website and you write all text material for your website. If you do not have time or what to say or how to say, one of our collaborator will be contacted for this text-writing which will cost extra for you. We do recommend all our clients to write their own documents themselves, which will help them to feel that website is their own board and new way of reaching community. In new age of the Internet, text material has to be very short and visual materials take more important place.
We will make a final plan together with you for a general structure of the website. We will talk about its general layout, color schemes and navigation preferences, necessary extensions.
On the base of your directions some sample websites will be designed. All sample designs will be presented to you as a Joomla! website that you can view and imagine how it will be.
After your feedback on these samples, another sample will be designed and presented to you.
We do not provide any hosting service for our clients. After long years of experiences with hosting companies, we advice the best hosting possibilities for your need. You might have already a host for your registered domain name. We together analyze situation and select the best option for you. If you do not have a domain name for your project yet, you need to register it. The best way is your domain name is registered and hosted in the same company.
Joomla! Content Management System (CMS) will be installed on your registered host.
Your ready website will be uploaded on this Joomla! CMS.
Many must-have extensions for your Joomla! CMS will be installed by us to reach highest performance of your website.
Your new website will be fully tested on your host. You will have some time to check and find changes or corrections on your website. In this step your website still will be off-lined.
We will work together and apply your last changes and finalize the website.
Three hours of training has been usually good to learn how to update a website. After this training if you still wish to have more training time, you can make an appointment with 35 euro payment for each training hour.
The work is ready to publish on the Internet. Your bill with the agreed amount will be presented to you. Your payment arrives to our bank account, your website will be onlined.
During our design process, what we produced as graphics, scanned documents, images, and all other side products will be given to you on a DVD/CD. A final backup of your website and its database file will be included too.
