LENGTH:

Review Papers: up to 8 pages
Invited Talks: up to 4 pages
Contributed Talks: up to 4 pages
Poster Contributions: up to 2 pages
 

NAMING THE FILES:

Name the latex file with your LAST name (i.e. FAMILY name), e.g. smith.tex for James W. Smith. Give the PostScript figures the same name with numbers appended, e.g. smith1.eps, smith2.eps. If you have more than one contribution use the following convention by naming smith_a.tex the first contribution, smith_b.tex the second one and so on.
 

PACKAGING THE FILES:

Use tar and gzip to package your files
tar cvf smith.tar smith.tex smith1.eps smith2.eps
gzip smith.tar
 

SUBMISSION:

Use anonymous ftp to send your file to us
ftp ftp.oapd.inaf.it
login: anonymous
password: your e-mail address

cd incoming/disks/
